Jason Filler

Jason Filler is a native Southern Californian that has lived and thrived from Hollywood, Burbank/Glendale areas to Downey and Marina Del Rey. There are few places in the greater LA and OC areas that he has not explored. Currently, based in Long Beach he serves his community through volunteering commitments and through his business with Keller Williams.

In 2003 Jason started his career in the residential mortgage industry after graduating from the University of Southern California. In 2007 he took his experience in the mortgage industry to start his own company, Expedient Property Services. He worked hard to help homeowners through process of pre-foreclosure services with Loan Modifications and Short-Sales when the Real Estate market crashed. Ultimately, leaving Real Estate for the booming Oil Field for the last 10 years. In 2017 Jason went back to school to get an MBA from the University of Redlands knowing he would need to make a career change to be closer to home and his family. Ultimately, Jason looked to Real Estate with the intent to start his business and legacy for his family with Keller Williams.

Jason’s ultimate goal is to be of maximum service to his family, community, and his clients. You can look to him to be an enthusiastic hand when it comes to your real estate needs or community service event.
